At Design Living 365, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 365-day return policy, giving you ample time to ensure your purchase meets your needs and expectations. Our confidence in the quality of our products means you can shop with peace of mind.

Return Process: Simple & Seamless

Initiating a Return

To start a return, email us at order@designliving365.com with your order details. Our team will provide you with step-by-step instructions.

Before Shipment

Returns must be approved in writing by Design Living 365 before shipment. Once approved, we will provide the return address and shipping instructions.

Preparing Your Return

  • Items must be returned on the original pallet, if received on a pallet

  • Goods must be wrapped and protected against rain and moisture

  • Items must be returned complete, including all parts

  • Include your order number and returned items in the communication

Return Conditions and Guidelines

Return Conditions and Guidelines
The products must not have been modified, used, or altered in any way. As a customer, you have the right to inspect the product in the same way as in a physical store. If the product has been unpacked, it must be repacked 100% in the same way as when you received it.

Packaging and Condition

There must be no colored tape, duct tape, or markings on the product packaging, and there must be no marks other than those present upon receipt.

All labels must be visible.

The product packaging must be ready for resale when received.

Therefore, addresses, shipping labels, etc. must not be written directly on the product packaging.

Before attaching the shipping label, you must use either bubble wrap or a box that protects the product.

Do not attach the shipping label directly to the product packaging.

The products must be in the same condition as when they were purchased when they are returned.

Deductions for Damage

If a product is returned with damaged packaging, 40% of the sales price will be deducted.
If a product is returned without the original packaging, 60% of the sales price will be deducted.

Damaged packaging includes, but is not limited to:

  • Use of duct tape or colored tape

  • Packaging sealed with tape in places other than where it was originally sealed

  • Damaged product labels on the packaging

  • Damaged or incorrectly packaged product, including internal protective materials

Shipment

All product packaging must be in the same condition as when received.

Damaged/incomplete packaging will be deducted from the item’s value.

Shipments to parcel lockers, pickup points, and similar locations are not accepted.

Private delivery/private drivers are not allowed. GLS, UPS, Dachser, DB Schenker, DSV, or PostNord are preferred.

Couriers that do not deliver to the door with a signature cannot be used.

Risk and Responsibility

The customer bears the risk for the return.

The customer is responsible for the risk during the return shipment. Therefore, always ensure that the goods are properly packed.

Remember to keep a shipping receipt and any tracking number for the return.

If the shipment is damaged during transport, it is the customer’s responsibility to file a claim with the carrier.

It is also the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the product has not been damaged from receipt until return.

If the product has been left outdoors and exposed to moisture/cold, it cannot be returned - it will be rejected during warehouse inspection.

Faster Refund Process

For the fastest possible refund process, we recommend sending the shipment number and the name of the shipping company to order@designliving365.com


Refunds

Refunds are processed:

  • Within 14 days for withdrawals under EU law

  • Within 14 days after inspection for standard returns

Refunds are made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Return shipping costs are deducted based on the actual transport cost invoiced.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Rights)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party indicated by you acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us by email at order@designliving365.com with a clear statement.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding supplementary delivery options), no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision.

Curbside Delivery

Delivery is curbside only. Carrying inside, assembly, or removal of packaging is not included unless agreed separately with the transport provider.
