Right to withdraw from the contract

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reasons. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last goods.

Consequences of appeal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will have to reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choosing a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) in order to they could return. Risk of return

Any possible damage between you and our warehouse is at our own risk. We are responsible for filing a complaint with the shipping company that is used to ship your return order. We, as seller, bear the transport risk, if the consumer returns the goods in the event of a withdrawal. This applies regardless of the selected shipping service provider.


Replacement are made no later than three weeks after we have received the goods in stock.

No fee is charged for payment at and the amount is only debited to your card when the goods are sent physically, unless otherwise agreed and stated in your order. Reservation of paid amount

The standard delivery time for your order is 7 working days, as long as the product is in stock and unless otherwise stated in your order. If you want a later delivery, you must contact us at on the same day you place your order and agree on a later delivery day.

The goods are delivered by carrier and always to the curb on firm ground and at street level. Packaging and pallets are not taken back by the carrier. It is delivered in accordance with the Nordic Forwarders Association’s General Provisions NSAB2015. See link

It is shipped with different shipping companies depending on the product type. As a starting point, delivery is free of charge to curb on firm ground and at street level. For smaller shipments, packages can be sent to your nearest parcel shop. You will be notified when your order will be delivered. If you are not at home when the order is delivered, you will be asked to book a new delivery of your order. You will always receive a track and trace number so that you can follow your package from our warehouse to your home. If the shipment is not picked up at the parcel shop in time, and is therefore sent back, the customer must pay a shipping cost of 15 EURO for redelivery.

Transport damage

Please, check your goods as soon as you receive the shipment. If there is visible damage to the shipment, note it on the waybill when you sign for receipt.

Remember to open all cartons within 7 days. If you find that the goods are damaged, you must notify us immediately, preferably within 7 days of receipt or at the latest within two months, which is considered a reasonable time. Otherwise, you lose the right to complain about hidden transport damage. The damage must be proven in the form of pictures and/or films, which must be attached to your inquiry.

Refund Policy – Right of return

Procedure for returns:

The shipment must be marked with the original order number. The shipment must be sent to the delivery address mentioned below. We do not accept any return deliveries to any delivery points or package-shops. It must be delivered all the way to our warehouse without exceptions. We do not accept any private deliveries to our warehouse. It must be send by a transport company like DB Schenker, DHL, DSV or similar. You as a customer are responsible for the risk of the return. Therefore, always remember to make sure that the product is securely packed. We recommend to take a photo of the shipment when handing it over to the transport company as a proof of the condition at the time of shipment. Please keep documentation about the shipment with the tracking number, so it can be traced. Potential damaged between You and our warehouse, is on Your risk. Condition of goods

The item must be returned in the same condition and manner as received. Meaning in the original and sellable condition. The product must not be taped to the pallet or fixed in such a way that it damages the packaging.


We will refund your money as soon as we have received and checked your return. Refunds are made no later than three weeks after receipt at the warehouse. Item numbers that contain several parts must be delivered complete. Partially delivered items from complete items are not refunded.

Condition of the item upon return

You are liable for the deterioration in the value of the goods due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, properties and function of the goods. This means that you must try the product in the same way as if you shopped in a physical store. You must not put the product into use / assemble the product. If the item has been installed/assembled in addition to what is described above, it is considered used and of diminished value. This means that we will deduct the decrease in value from the amount you are due back. If the item no longer has a commercial value, we will not refund the purchase amount. It is up to to assess the condition of the goods. For our goods, the original packaging constitutes a significant part of the product’s value, so always send return products back in original packaging and in a sellable condition.

Claims Policy

It is important to us that You can trust the products You buy on and also have a trust in our claims handling and policy.

Products we sell either have 2, 5 or 10 years of warranty. The warranty covers production faults that makes the product faulty by usage according to the description in the manual. It does not cover faults that is caused by misusing the product, wrong installation or in other way not following the instructions given in the installation manual and/or caretaking manual.

There are two main categories of claims. Transport claims and product claims.

1) Transport claims

Transport claims must be send to us immediately or no later than 5 working days after delivery of the order. Should the product be damaged due to transportation, it is important that You make photo documentation upon delivery, that you make a note on the freight document and potentially refuse delivery. Are you not sure if the product inside is damaged, then make photo documentation upon receipt of the order and make a not on the freight document. Then open the product and check if the product is damaged or not. If the product is damaged, send the photo documentation and short description by email to and we will handle it with our transport company and ensure You get a new delivery if its approved as a transport claim.

It is important for us to say that we have over 30 years of experience with sales of Bathroom products like mirrors and shower doors. We have many examples of customers trying to claim broken glass or mirror to us as a transport claim, when it is visible for us that the client damaged the glass during the installation process. So especially when handling glass and mirrors, handle it very carefully and never put glass or mirror directly on a hard floor.

2) Product claim

In the event of a product becoming faulty during the warranty period, we will always handle the claim in a speedy and professional manner. We have over 5.000 different spare parts on stock, and will send You the faulty part very quickly free of charge. We will not replace a complete product, if it is possible to fix the problem with exchanging a spare part.

In case You experience a product claim, please send photo/video documentation together with a short and clear description what product it is and what the fault is, by email to Together with the documentation, please also send a copy of the purchase receipt to prove the date of purchase so we can confirm the product is still under warranty.
In case of a claim of electrical or technical parts on fx a whirpool or electronic bidet toilet, which can not be repaired by a private consumer, we will send out one of our specialists or find one close to the client that will resolve the issue.
